Jiaxing Beihua Home for the Disabled (four stars), full name Jiaxing Beihua Polymer Auxiliary Co., Ltd. auxiliary employment center for the disabled, is located in Jiaxing City, Zhejiang Province, Jiashan County, Jiashan County, Weitang Street, Zhenzhong East Road No. 36, was established in May 2019, the existing staff of the disabled 26 people, including 8 people with mental disabilities , 16 people with intellectual disabilities, 1 people with physical disabilities, 1 people with multiple disabilities, with management personnel of 4 people. The existing use area is 600 square meters, which is equipped with industrial therapy workshop, rehabilitation room, rest room and so on.

Jiaxing Beihua home for the disabled actively integrate resources, opened the “industrial therapy workshop”, using the “micro-exercise to promote physical and mental health through handmade work” mode, employment, skills and rehabilitation into one, become the surrounding villages and communities to achieve employment at home to increase income of disabled people! The Home for the Disabled provides appropriate production labor such as simple parts splicing, handmade substitution processing, etc., and establishes a more stable employment relationship. In addition to receiving monthly wages and enjoying employee medical insurance and pension insurance, employees of the Home for the Disabled in Jiaxing Beihua are also able to receive bonuses and prizes provided by a variety of activities. The Home for the Disabled assumes the service content of “day care point”, providing the disabled with life care, rehabilitation training, psychological counseling and other services in the way of day care, giving special employees a warm shelter. The Home for the Disabled is equipped with a fitness and rehabilitation room, a canteen, a lounge and other functional rooms, as well as various types of rehabilitation equipment, and regularly invites professional instructors and doctors to conduct training and guidance, so as to truly realize both rehabilitation and employment, and to provide a piece of heaven for the disadvantaged groups.
