Advanced Elastomer Materials Research Center of Beijing University of Chemical Technology currently has 18 teachers, including 10 professors (6 doctoral supervisors) and 14 teachers with doctoral degrees. In the team, there are: 1 Changjiang Scholar Distinguished Professor of the Ministry of Education, 1 recipient of the National Outstanding Youth Fund, 1 recipient of the Ministry of Education's Young Teachers Award for Colleges and Universities and 1 recipient of the Henry Fok Foundation Program, 2 recipients of the Ministry of Education's Outstanding Talents of the New Century Program, and 6 recipients of Beijing's Rising Stars of Science and Technology Program. At present, there are more than 20 doctoral students, more than 140 master's students and 3 postdoctoral fellows in the research center.

School of Materials, South China University of Technology: Prof. Guo Baochun, doctoral supervisor, research interests in polymer modification and composite materials. He is also the director of the Youth Committee of Chinese Society for Materials Research, a member of the Rubber Committee of Chinese Chemical Society, and a member of the editorial boards of Synthetic Rubber Industry, World Rubber Industry and Annalsof Materials Science&Engineering.
